Dana Ravesh Company, a way of thinking As it enters its nineteenth year, for which all its customers admit it has traveled a much longer path than eighteen years in Iran's casting industry, and this achievement was only possible with the help of God Almighty and the application of experience and knowledge, Dana Rosh Andisheh Casting Company today focuses solely on the production of complex cast iron parts and strives to assist the tractor, automotive, rail, and other influential industries of the country to the best of its ability and capacity.
The company is currently moving forward with full capacity and, with the help of God, through relentless efforts, commissioned Phase One (production of heavy cast iron parts) of its three-phase expansion project, named Dana Rosh Tabriz, in 2020. The other two phases (an automated production line and machining of cast parts) will be commissioned in the near future. This expansion will lead to a significant increase in the workforce. The company's development is being pursued with the prospect of exporting and entering global markets.

Dana Alloy Cast Iron Special Products
Before pouring the molten cast iron into the mold, a zirconium-based silicon inoculant is added to the melt to control the solidification process. This inoculant promotes the formation of the desired microstructure and enhances the mechanical properties required for the final cast iron component.
