Dana Cast Iron Alloy Company
Hypogeal germination inducer
Satco Research Center's activities have always been a starting point for industrial development and the creation of successful units in the metallurgy industry.
During industrial research conducted from 2018 to 2020, the technical knowledge for producing various zirconium inoculants was developed at the SATCO Research Center. Subsequently, in 2021, Dana Cast Iron Alloys Company was established through a joint investment by SATCO Holding and Dana Cast Iron Foundry Group, commencing the production of zirconium inoculants with standard grain sizes. In a very short period, this company, relying on the efforts of its specialists, managed to get its products approved by the knowledge-based working group.
The company currently has the production of granulated and block (molded) inoculants in its work program. The company has also included the production of ferrosilicon-magnesium and special ferroalloys in its development plan.
The company's manufactured products, with strict quality control and backed by the research of Satco Center, have been able to secure a significant market share and compete with imported products in terms of both price and quality.
Receiving multiple quality approvals from the top-ranked customers of the country's foundries indicates that our quality is competitive in the domestic casting sector.
